-
Bridgewell Cognitive Health works with teens and adults experiencing a range of emotional, behavioral, and neurodivergent-related concerns. Services are tailored to developmental needs and individual goals.

-
Bridgewell Cognitive Health works with adults, adolescents (teens), couples, and families seeking evidence-based psychological care. Services are designed for individuals navigating anxiety, OCD, ADHD, Autism, neurodivergence, emotional regulation difficulties, and related challenges that affect daily functioning, relationships, school, or work.
Care is appropriate for individuals who may appear high-functioning on the outside but experience significant internal distress, overwhelm, or burnout. Services are also available for parents and partners seeking consultation to better understand and support a neurodivergent loved one.
-
Bridgewell Cognitive Health may be a good fit for individuals seeking structured, evidence-based therapy or assessment that considers both emotional experience and cognitive or neurodevelopmental factors. Clients who value clarity, collaboration, and practical strategies often find this approach supportive.
This practice is especially well-suited for individuals who want an active, skills-based approach rather than unstructured or insight-only therapy. Fit is always discussed collaboratively, and recommendations are made based on individual needs and goals.
-
Many individuals seek care at Bridgewell Cognitive Health after previous therapy experiences that felt unstructured, unclear, or insufficiently targeted. Prior therapy that did not lead to meaningful change does not mean therapy “didn’t work”—often it means the approach was not the right fit.
Bridgewell Cognitive Health emphasizes evidence-based, goal-oriented treatment and diagnostic clarity, particularly when anxiety, OCD, ADHD, Autism, or neurodivergent traits may have been under-recognized or not fully addressed. This practice may be a good fit for individuals seeking a more structured and intentional approach to care.
How Therapy Works
-
Therapy at Bridgewell Cognitive Health is grounded in evidence-based, research-supported approaches selected based on individual needs, goals, and clinical presentation. Treatment commonly integrates Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and DBT-informed skills.
These approaches are structured and practical, focusing on skill development, emotional regulation, and sustainable change rather than unstructured processing alone.

Therapy is structured, goal-oriented, and individualized. Sessions emphasize clarity, skill-building, and measurable progress while remaining flexible and responsive to each person’s needs. Structure helps reduce overwhelm and supports consistent change, especially for anxiety and neurodivergent-related concerns.
-
Many clients benefit from weekly sessions, particularly at the beginning of treatment, to establish momentum and consistency. Session frequency is reviewed collaboratively and may shift over time based on progress, goals, and clinical need.
